In this online, interactive program, participants will learn about four critical components of effective leadership:
- Leadership Styles: discover six styles of leading and determine the best occasion to apply their use.
- Engagement: strategies to increase employee engagement and productivity.
- Accountability: understanding what motivates teams and how to hold them accountable for results.
- Dealing with Conflict: using conflict as a tool and learn strategies to resolve non-productive conflict.
Participants will have the opportunity to test their knowledge throughout the program, including a final assessment and certificate upon conclusion.
