This is a new self-paced introduction training to Administrative Pages (Banner 9) in Canvas!
During this introductory online course, you will learn the basics of Administrative Pages, like how to get access, navigating forms, understanding naming conventions and the “Req to Check” process.
Important Note: This online course is now a pre-requisite for all Banner 9 Administrative Pages training sessions. Users must complete this training prior to enrolling in any other Administrative Pages (Banner 9) training sessions.
Jennifer joined the Information Resources and Technology staff as a technical trainer and instructional designer in 2015. She provides training to faculty and staff at all branches of Rowan University. She teaches Banner Finance and other technologies utilized at the University. She also is creating various online courses, combining interactive videos, self-directed and guided activities and knowledge checks. Jennifer has an extensive background in education and technology. She graduated from Farleigh Dickenson University with a BA in Business and Technology and from Rowan University with an MA in Higher Education Administration. Prior to Rowan University, she ran the Student Information System and managed State reporting for Monroe Township Board of Education. She has taught at several business schools in the area and also worked for the University of Pennsylvania School of Nursing. In her spare time, Jennifer loves to cook, especially for her extended family. She loves to spend time outdoors hiking and riding her bicycle, as well as traveling locally, regionally and globally. She sees every day as an opportunity to learn something new.
