"Mental Health in the Digital Age" 

Internet use, access to social media websites, and humans being "connected virtually" has increased dramatically over the last decade. The digital transformation of health care, education,commerce and social life that has taken place in the 21st century has been further amplified since the start of the COVID19 pandemic. How is the digital revolution affecting human development, brain functioning, psychological experience and social relationships?  This session considers the benefits and risks of digital media use and explores policies and strategies for promoting digital mental health.
