"Mentorship, Intersectionality, and Promoting Allyship" 

This session will describe the roles of mentor/mentee and discuss mentor malpractice and mentee missteps. The presenter also will discuss unique challenges of mentorship of underrepresented minorities and intersectionality, bias and promoting allyship.
