This CME course satisfies the State of NJ licensing requirements for 2 hours of End-of-Life Care credits. The method of delivery for this Continuing Medication Education course will be an enduring online 2 hour program.  This training session is provided visually by Power Point Presentation and in audio by hearing he speaker’s voice.  All other information such as outcome, evaluation, and an attestation form is included in this training course.  Participants will need to complete an Attestation Form, an Outcome Assessment and an Evaluation to receive a certificate.  Certificates will be emailed out within one week.
