“Ending Mistreatment in the Learning Environment”
This session explores medical student mistreatment as a significant issue that highlights hierarchical concerns around the medical environment; only with a focused, team effort can culture change to address this required shift in the teaching environment. The University of Colorado has employed a multimodal approach to change culture and improve student mistreatment numbers.
