“Coaching In Medicine: Vision to Goals”

The session will define coaching - differentiating it from advising, mentoring, and other traditional faculty roles. It will also describe the Master Adaptive Learner, explain how coaching supports the Master Adaptive Learner model, and illustrate the value of a vision to goal setting.
