Are you interested in learning more about African American history and culture without committing to a graduate course?

Empowering Educators: Strategies for Integrating Black History in the Classroom equips school leaders with the content knowledge needed to implement the New Jersey 2002 Amistad law.

The eight-part, self-paced, asynchronous workshop series is available from July 1-August 23, 2024. Participants will attend one in-person session at the
Amistad Conference (July 29-August 1).

Educators enrolled in the course will learn new and innovative ways to teach African American history, discuss racially sensitive topics, and engage students.

$200/participant
